The hotel was fairly clean and had affable staff at check-out. It had a comfortable location close enough to the outskirts of Victoria, Beaver Lake and Cordova beach and downtown and Butch Garden. Plus, it was approx 10 mins walk from North Beach.

Well-kept and clean place with very-very nice and polite staff at check-out. 20 minutes' drive to the airport.

Pleasant location just next door to Butchart Gardens and Eating/Drinking, Beaver Lake and Cordova beach and the harbour, I felt safe.

The rooms are spotlessly clean and budget with access to my motorcycle. There is a wide array of facilities in the room like : coffee and cell.

We loved the convenient location, only a short 15-minute drive to downtown Victoria. The room was quiet, very clean, and had great parking right at our doorstep. The towels and sheets were of thick, good quality, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable. The large windows allowed for plenty of natural light, and the shower had strong water pressure. The sofa provided extra seating, and the fridge and microwave oven were handy. the room had everything we desired.

We felt very lucky during our stay as everything was just perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners.

The room was well laid out & compact together with a mini fridge, reasonable bed, for instance. The location was convenient - within short walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Also, Top Bridge Park was 5 km away.

Definitely, there was ice machine missing.

It's a beautifully kept and comfortable place for one night. Everyone who works in the hotel is very helpful and outstandingly accommodating. It has absolutely perfect, magnificent setting, right by a tourist area, downtown Victoria, ferry, butchard garden, butterfly garden, Sidney town and Victoria airport and Swartz Bay ferry terminal.

Little hotel, clean, with excellent staff at check-out. A huge variety of food available in the dining room. Easy to reach from Victoria Inner Harbour airport, 20 minutes drive.

What an absolutely charming place! Clean units with comfortable beds, attached bathroom plus a mini fridge.

The hotel was fairly clean with affable stuff, it was the best base for one night. The property had indeed a comfortable location on the slope.

I had guest room that also was complete with TV, a kitchen plus comfy chairs. Had marvellous location very close to the ferry terminal.

The location for Victoria was marvellous and pleasant, really close to the airport as well as Sidney. Furthermore, to the nearest restaurants. The room was budget, bright with access to my motorcycle and the overall experience was great.

Great value just north of the city and closer to the airport and ferries. Across the highway from Elk Lake. Friendly staff and very clean rooms.- Each unit is separate, like a motel with exterior doors and parking outside the door.- The room had a small kitchenette with lots of space and free coffee!- The location was convenient and allowed easy access to the airport and ferry terminals.

The room was quite small and felt cramped. The walls were thin, so we could hear everything in the next room.
